Submission Guidelines
THEME for SUBMISSION
Any contemporary legal issue/ socio-legal topic, policy analysis, or analysis of latest judgment or order passed by the Supreme court/ High courts.
INSTRUCTIONS for AUTHORS
- A blog should not have more than two authors.
- Word limit : 1200-2000 words.
- The layout must be as follows:
- Margin: Left- 1.5; Right- 1; Top- 1; Bottom- 1
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font size: Headings -14; Body-12
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Sub headings: Times New Roman; Font size- 12; Left Aligned
- Footnote: Times New Roman; Font size- 10
- All blog manuscripts are to be submitted via Google form & must be accompanied with :
- Declaration certifying that the manuscript submitted is a piece of original and bonafide research work and has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. (Declaration Template)
- The Declaration and Manuscript should be in separate files. Please do not mention any personal identifications in the manuscript file in order to maintain anonymity in review process.
- All relevant sources of the information/date mentioned in the article must be acknowledged and hyperlinked in the submission’s text. Add footnotes wherever necessary (Bluebook – 21st edition).
- Submissions should reflect original, unpublished work. The submission would be put through a plagiarism test to check the similarity level and duplicity in the article.
- Manuscripts with dominant use of AI would not be considered for publication.
