The University of Bologna Law Review is a student-run, open access and double blind peer-review Law journal published by the University of Bologna, Department of Legal Studies. The main purpose of the journal concerns being a qualified research tool for practitioners, scholars, students, legislators, and others interested in legal studies.

How to submit ?
- Your submission must be written in correct English language. Manuscripts in other languages are rejected.
- Your submission must be (in length, footnotes excluded):
- Articles and Essays (min. 7,500 – max. 40,000 words)
- Notes (min. 2,500 – max. 7,500 words)
- Conference Papers (max. 10,000 words)
- You are requested to follow The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed.)
